Q: What currency is your shop in?
+ Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Please use a currency converter to see how much it is in your local currency.

Q: Where do you ship to?
+ We ship to anywhere in the world as long as postal service can reach you.

Q: Does my order comes with tracking?
+ All orders comes with tracking by default unless you opt for untraceable mail which is lower in cost. However, do note that we will not be responsible for any lost mails sent through untraceable mail.

Q: How much is the postage?
+ Local mail to Singapore (Stickers, postcards and prints ONLY): Flat rate SGD 1 WITHOUT tracking
+ Local mail to Singapore (others): Flat rate SGD 2 WITHOUT tracking
+ Local mail to Singapore with tracking: Flat rate SGD 3.50 via Smartpac

+ Registered airmail international with tracking: Flat rate SGD 10 (default option)
+ Standard international airmail WITHOUT tracking: Option not available at the moment.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
+ Typical processing time is 2 to 7 working days as we are just a one-man team. Processing time excludes delivery time. If you require your order urgently, do contact us before placing an order. If your order contains any preorder item(s), your order will only be sent after the preordered items arrived. You may wish to order the preorder items separately.

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
+ For local orders within Singapore, all orders should reach you within 5 business days.
+ For international orders, it may take up to 14 working days or even more for the postal service to ship the items to you if you are overseas, depending on which country you are in. Please take note that additional 10-15 business days will be required for shipping during festive season.

Due to Covid-19, packages are expected to be delayed and estimated delivery time is increased to 2-8 weeks.

Q: I haven't receive my order yet.
+ For orders within Singapore, do contact me via email if you haven't receive your order 2 weeks after it has been sent via tracked mail/Ninja Pack.
+ For international orders, do contact me via email if you haven't receive your order more than 10 weeks since your order has been shipped via registered airmail.

Q: How do you pack my order?
+ We pack all orders with prints with a sturdy backing to minimise creases.
+ All other items will be wrapped in bubble wrap.

Q: I made a mistake in my order!
+ As long as your order has not been packed yet, you will be able to contact me to fix your mistakes. If your order has been packed, we will not be able to rectify the mistake for you. Kindly check that everything (items ordered, names, addresses, contact number etc) is correct before placing an order with us.

Q: My order came damaged/ I received the wrong items!
+ We pack all our orders carefully before shipping out. However, if there are any issues with the order, please do not hesitate to contact us. Remember to send us photographs of your order.

Q: Do you accept wholesale orders?
+ Do email me for wholesale inquiry.

+ All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the items are damaged upon delivery or the wrong items have been sent.
+  All sales items and seconds are non-refundable and non-exchangeable strictly.
+ In the event should any exchange take place, buyer is liable for postage to mail back the items to us.
+ In the event should any refund take place, only the total amount less the shipping cost will be refunded.
+ All refunds or exchanges are only valid for 7 days upon receipt of items.
+ All items returned must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging.
